Fall Reunion Parking

With our move back to the Riffe Center, the Valley is NOT reserving or pre-paying any local parking lots. You are welcome to park at any of the local lots or in the statehouse underground garage at your expense.

Reunion Meal Reservations

Everyone, (excluding candidates), must make a reservation for Saturday's lunch. Lunch is FREE, but YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION by calling or emailing Susan at the Valley office:

Email or voicemail reservations should include your full name. If making multiple reservations, include all names to help us avoid duplications. Ladies are welcome to attend the lunch, but they too must have prior reservations.

Hotel Space Limited for Fall Reunion

Your Valley has arranged for rooms at the Doubletree Hotel for those of you who want to spend Friday evening, October 31st, in Columbus rather than drive back and forth for the two-day reunion. Availability is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis, so you are encouraged to make your reservations NOW. The hotel is located at 50 South Front Street which is just around the corner from the Riffe Center. The rooms are double occupancy and will be provided free of charge to all new candidates and at a reduced rate to current members. Reservations must be made using your credit card, and you will be reimbursed, (excluding hotel parking), when you submit your receipt to the Valley office following the reunion. You can call the hotel directly at 614-228-4600 or the Doubletree Reservation Hotline, 800-222-8733. You must identify yourself as being with the “SCOTTISH RITE” to receive our group rate and be eligible for reimbursement.
